Leaving the Past in the Past

As I write this, it is January 1, 2026.  

The New Year is a time when many of us seek to 'turn the page" on our past, by striving to not make the same mistakes over and over again, as we have done in the past.  But here is something many of us fail to consider...  

Our past is not our past, until we let go of it.
